Tuesday, April 2, 2013 Governor Earl Ray Tomblin welcomes Senator Joe Manchin for the official unveiling of the Governor Manchin portrait, Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the State Capitol. The portrait, painted by Larry Bruce Bishop, will be placed in the Governor’s Reception Room at that time. Following the public unveiling, Senator and Mrs. Manchin will greet attendees at a reception in the Culture Center Great Hall. WHO: Gov.
