The selling, transfer or exchange of any merchandise must have prior approval by the Camp Washington Carver staff and must take place at designated vendor sites. Violation of this policy can lead to a non-refundable expulsion from the festival.


Any and all vendors wishing to be a vendor at the current Appalachian String Band Music Festival must fill out and submit a Vendor Contract by April 1st.   All site participants and space locations are at the discretion of the Camp Washington Carver Staff.

Returning Vendors:  

Will be given first preference to return as a participating vendor in the current Appalachian String Band Music Festival. 

New Vendors:  

Go to www.wvculture.org/explore/camp-washington-carver/string-band-music-festival  after January 1st

Download Vendor Contract and mail in ASAP (without deposit)

New Vendors Contracts will be put in a file dated for when received. 

We will notify any new applicants of spaces that may be available according to a first come first serve basis.
